5. Your content and your results
What you upload stays yours. You give us the rights needed to store it, show it back to you, and send it to the model providers to generate your results. You must own or have permission for anything you upload, including the likeness of any real person in it.
What you generate is yours to use, including commercially, to the extent the law allows. Where we hold rights in generated output we assign them to you when the run completes on a paid plan or paid credits; output from free runs is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and may carry a watermark. Models may produce similar output for similar prompts, so we cannot promise exclusivity. You are responsible for how you use results, including for compliance with laws on likeness, trademarks, and disclosure of AI-generated media.
We may use results you mark as public, and anonymised prompts, to show examples and improve the service. We do not use your private results to train models.
